About the event

Howe2Run is hosting a Fun Run / Walk on October 4, 2025, at 8 am to support Wag-O-Ween. There will be 1-mile route and a 5K route, and you can choose to run or walk - this will not be a timed event. Stick around afterwards for a Wag-O-Ween kickoff party with Wag-O-Ween vendors. Bring your own dog, or sign up to run or walk with a foster pup. Photographers will be on site to take pictures with the dogs!

If you shop at Howe2Run anytime the weekend of the event, a portion of sales for full-priced items will be donated to Wag-O-Ween. So even if you can't make it to the event, you can still pitch in and support the cause!

Run or Walk

Registration spots are $20 in advance or $25 on the day of the event.

Registration is from 7:30 to 8:00 am.

If you would like to "borrow" a foster dog to run or walk with, select the Foster Dog ticket below and we will do our best to match you with a foster dog. (Subject to availability of foster dogs)

All participants will receive a locally made, handcrafted keepsake from our friends at Howe2Run!

Volunteer

If you don't want to run or walk, you can volunteer instead! We'll need volunteers beginning at 7am to check in participants, hand out water, play with puppies and more! If you'd like to volunteer, sign up now! If you have questions about volunteering, email us at volunteer@wagoween.org
