Return & Damage Policy
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below so you know what to expect if there’s an issue with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging.
Once the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because of the nature of our products and to ensure fairness to all customers:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are unwanted, ordered incorrectly, or no longer needed.
We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage that occurs after delivery.
Sale items and promotional items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once an item is in transit, but we will work with you to assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to confirmed damage or defect.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
